The International Organization for Economic Development (IOED) is an Inter Governmental organization (IGO) with headquater agreements signed with several Sovereign States.
Hence this Agreement grants UNIPGC several powers.
Further, it is institutionalizes UNIPGC according to public international law, qualifying it as an organization with extraterritorial jurisdiction, with international legal personality.
UNIPGC will therefore be more able to sign headquarters agreements with countries in accordance with international diplomatic conventions…
UNIPGC status will be more weighty and powerful as we will also be able, in collaboration and agreement with OIDE, notify States that have signed diplomatic agreements with IOED of this important step, and request the opening of official diplomatic representations in these countries and enjoy immunities and privileges…
IOED has special Diplomatic status with full Diplomatic immunities and Privileges from extraterritoriality. Its legal personality is full, complete, with active and passive legation rights….
OIDE is approved with the system for producing official diplomatic and national documents (diplomatic passports, biometric national identity cards, highly secure police cards, and all kinds of sensitive documents intended for the security of states and institutions and ensuring the safety of populations), etc.
OIDE fulfills its 34th mission entrusted by the United Nations.
