Dr. Larry Jones-Esan is a visionary educator, accomplished entrepreneur, and strategic consultant with nearly four decades of experience spanning the UK, USA, Germany, and Nigeria. A global advocate for education reform, Dr. Jones-Esan is redefining academic models by integrating entrepreneurship, technical training, and leadership development to combat youth unemployment and foster sustainable growth.
He is the Founder and Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Entrepreneurship (UOE), a forward-thinking institution focused on equipping students with real-world skills to meet today’s economic challenges. Dr. Jones-Esan also established the International Technical Senior Secondary School in Nigeria, a trailblazing school delivering technical and vocational training to prepare young minds for the evolving global workforce.
As CEO of the London Academy Business School (LABS), a transnational partner of the University of Sunderland, Dr. Jones-Esan leads innovative academic programs, foundation courses, and executive training aimed at closing the education-employability gap.
