Lagos, Nigeria – May 8, 2025

The Nigeria Progressive Association (NPA) USA has officially commended Hon. Babatunde Ogala, SAN, Chairman of the Lagos Electoral Committee, for his exceptional leadership in ensuring a free, fair, and transparent electoral process for the July 12, 2025, Local Government Elections.

NPA USA’s Endorsement: In a letter signed by Interim Chairman Prof. Adesegun Labinjo and Board of Trustees (BOT) Chairman Judge Dele Alade, the NPA USA expressed confidence in Hon. Ogala’s leadership, citing his expertise and integrity as crucial assets in delivering a credible election.

 

Commitment to Impartiality: The NPA USA commended Hon. Ogala’s commitment to impartial and efficient electoral management, vital to Nigeria’s democratic progress.
